Italy has seen a steady decrease in use in 2014 and 2015, 2016 has seen an increase. There are an estimated 1.38 million regular daily users and 2.34 million general users in the country. Poland has an estimated 1.5 million users who spend around $129 million each year on related products.

How Many People Are Vaping In The Rest Of The World?

The Australian Institute of Health and Welfare estimates that around 12.2% of the entire Australian population smoke daily. Of these smokers, a third or 31% of them have tried an e-cigarette at some point in their life. However, only 4.4% of the smokers in the country state that they use these devices on a regular basis. While this might seem like a small amount when compared to the number of people in the world, it is not actually bad for an industry and device that is barely older than the iPhone.
